Jacinta and Martin went above and beyond to create a fantastic experience. Watching a mountain stage on the Tourmalet was a dream come true. Their care and experience curated the perfect place to eat, watch the race and enjoy the experience. No detail was forgotten. I can’t recommend it enough. I went on my own and felt welcomed into the group.

A fantastic trip, amazing to experience the Tour so close up and feel part of the action. Jacinta and Martin were brilliant, completely focussed on making sure everyone had a truly memorable experience and went out of their way to make that happen. A great way to experience the Tour de France.

This was a Bucket List trip for me, and I was not disappointed. Quite the contrary, I was excited with the VIP access we had to the tour organization and venues. I hope to join you again some day.

We talked about a trip like this for 20 years and with that anticipation you would think we would have high expectations. We did! This trip surpassed all expectations. Jacinda and Martin were the best and the experience of the Tour de France with them gave us memories we will talk about for many years to come. The organization and VIP access was just spectacular. Every day was a joy but the mountain stage at Tourmalet was like nothing we could have imagined. Thank you for a lifetime experience.

We loved this tour and Jac, Martin & Lionel really made it special. Every day was well organised, everyone on the trip was friendly and it really was a once in a life time experience. My favourite day was the Tourmalet - it was a bold call for Jac to arrange something other than the VIP we were supposed to be at and it certainly paid off! The restaurant was lovely, fantastic atmosphere, great food and the location was absolutely spot on! It was great to be amongst the crowds and watch the cyclists up close, soaking up the atmosphere. All the communication we received in advance was clear and the goodies were a great extra touch. Thanks so much Thomson!

Jacinta - What a Tour host and Martin her most capable right arm! Amazing access to the best spectator locations even if access to teams after COVID is much more limited than before. Add in meeting that living treasure - Phil Liggett - the real voice of cycling - again and it was a very memorable week.

I have been on this Tour three times. Every year I say how can this tour get better every year and it does, Jacinta is so knowledgeable and knows so many people who are involved with the tour. This tour is first rate!

Several of us on the trip have physical limitations, that don’t prevent us from being part of the group, but slow us down considerably. Jacinta makes certain to provide accommodations and treats it as no big deal at all. It is a big deal to be accommodated and thought of an advance, and to say I appreciate her is a gross understatement. Martin is always at the ready to help anybody at any time and again treated as if it’s not a concern at all. These two make the trip worthwhile, and allow someone like me to consider doing the trip again and again. That is not the case with other tour companies! Again, thank you for hiring to such exceptional people.

This was my second trip with Jacinta and Martin and they exceeded my very high expectations. We had some unexpected events occur and they resolved those issues promptly and appropriately without missing a beat. They make sure that the needs of everyone are addressed. The extensive planning that goes into the itinerary and venues is evident all along the way. If ever there was someone who has found their perfect career, it’s Jacinta. You can tell she loves what she does. And Martin is the quintessential “sidekick“. They mesh perfectly and complement one another. Beyond that, it’s just so much fun to hang around with them. They keep you laughing.

Nothing is off limits with a Thomson Spectator tour. It’s the only way to see the “real” Tour D France. Our guide is amazing, leaves no stone unturned. I believe everyone on this tour got to see who they wanted to see. So much to be learned about behind the scenes. You are left wanting more. 

What an AWESOME experience! Seeing the TDF live, feeling the energy, observing the crowds, viewing the amazing set-up, will be forever etched in my mind! Jacinta and Chris were fabulous tour guides leaving nothing to chance and finding creative solutions to everything! Absolutely fantastic experience! Jacinta and Chris thought of everything so that we didn't have to figure anything out. They knew the backroads to viewing spots, people to talk to for special access, and made the trip enjoyable, fun, thrilling, and exhausting......everything we paid for. Will absolutely do it again!

Our Thomson Tour de France trip far exceeded our expectations. This has been a dream to come to the Tour, and Jacinta and Chris enabled us to live our dream. They never overpromised on daily highlights such as access to the paddock, riders and Phil Liggett, but always over delivered. So impressed.

What a great holiday/life experience. With Thomson you get access to great vantage points, access to the riders of the Tour De France, and takes you to places in France that you may have never thought of going to. Just amazing!

A insiders view of the Tour de France. the best way to navigate France and get a great view of the biggest cycling race in the world. Extremely knowledgeable guides give you the best time to see the race in person. No one in our group was ever disappointed and most were planning their next trip.

This was an amazing experience - even better than we expected. It was like having our friends tour us around. Highly recommend to anyone who loves cycling. We cannot wait to come back for a return tour.

Every aspect of this trip was well thought out and coordinated. The hotels, venues, meals, etc. were all first rate. Most importantly, the variety of the stages we attended and saw was excellent. Rather than simply seeing repeat stages, every day was another unique look into the Tour de France. This was clearly not happenstance, but rather a well planned occurrence. The access to the riders and staff was more than I expected. What an excellent tour!

I had a dream vacation. Jacinta and Martin were the best!!. They were always checking and making sure we were always having a fabulous time. They went above and beyond all my expectations.

Another outstanding spectator trip.  So many unexpected twists and turns, all with amazing outcomes. This tour company has the best guides who care about their guests. Try accommodate special requests… Any doubts you may have about doing this tour, forget it. You cannot do what they accomplish on your own. Leave the planning to Thomson, and just enjoy the trip. You will not regret it. You will see everything you need to see, and many things and people you never expected.

This was my bucket list trip. The VIP experience lived up to and exceeded all expectations. Had such a great time. Hard to wrap my head around all the memories and the things we did and saw each day. Thank you for such a great trip. Jacinta went above and beyond each day. She was fantastic.

An unbelievable experience! I’ve followed the Tour since the 80’s and put going there on my bucket list years ago. I was slowed down by my career obligations and then the pandemic but FINALLY got to attend this year. I’ve been on several tours to various places and Jacinta and Martin are hands down the best guides I’ve had the pleasure of touring with. The entire trip was well planned: hotels selected to limit bus hours, great strategy surrounding arrival and departure at the various venues, tips on optimum viewing sites, consideration and care taken with every individual’s needs. Their attention to detail permitted all of their guests to fully enjoy the race without concern about logistics. And they made it all GREAT fun! Truly extraordinary service and support!

The staff was excellent and provided great service every step of the way. Jacinta provided great tips for meeting people even with the limitations from COVID this year. I was able to meet Peter Sagan and get my N95 mask signed, my son had his hat signed by Quinn Simmons on the last day, and pat of our group met the Prince of Monaco and he bought us a round of beers in Lourdes. It truly was a once in a lifetime memorable experience and exceeded our expectations.

A trip of a lifetime for us. Great viewing opportunities and some access to riders. The hotels were wonderful and so was the food! Jacinta and her crew, Martin and Chis were great. Fun, funny, knowledgeable and obviously well connect to the racers, ASO, hotel staff, press etc.

Making this trip was truly a lifetime dream for me. Every year as I watched the Tour de France on TV, I wanted to be there just once. Traveling with Thomson and the outstanding experience you provided with Jacinta, Marty and Chris as our guides convinced me early on in the trip that once would not be enough!

We didn’t know what to expect, but we knew from the get-go this was going to be an exceptional trip. We were not wrong! Jacinta told our group all we need to do is be on time and they would handle the details- and they certainly did! Scenery, hotels, food, viewing accommodations, assistance- everything was first rate! We not only loved seeing the race up close and personal, we learned SO much about all that goes into setting up and delivering the race every day! So very interesting. The tour from the Pyrenees to Paris was incredible!  Jacinta and the team provided us with great insight into the “behind the scenes” aspects of the tour. The team gave us tips and tricks to ensure we had the most enjoyable experience each day. Jacinta, Martin and Chris were fantastic in helping to provide opportunities and tips to meeting some of our favorite riders!

This trip was beyond my desires for seeing the TDF. I loved meeting the people, the tour team, and doing all the activities. Stress free vacation and trip of a lifetime.

Dream come true. This trip has been on my bucket list for decades and it exceeded all my expectations. Jacinta, Martin and Chris are an incredible team who took such great care of us and make sure we had the best trip possible. Let’s face it, I met everyone from Ineos, some Jumbo Visma riders, The Prince of Monaco, Phil Liggett, made some new friends and had exceptional views of every stage. I could have never achieved that by trying to see the trip by myself or with another group.
