Dinner in the hotel will round up an amazing day.

Today we leave Seville and head to the whitewashed hilltop village of Yunquera. The town of Roman origin with a medieval layout , will host today’s finish. Our 2  hour journey will be very scenic, taking us through changing landscapes before we head to the National Park of Sierra de las Nieves. We’ll have a lunch stop en-route and then it’s show time! We will enjoy our VIP with a different view from the most elevated town in the province of Malaga. Today is a middle mountain stage and we’ll watch the pros battle it to the finish line! We will hang around after the finish, watch as the peloton come in one by one, see some interviews before we eventually join  the convoy of vehicles as we  head  to our next hotel.

Breakaway Day - Granada & Flamenco

It’s a breakaway day today, and what a treat we are in for! There’s a reason that the Alhambra is the most-visited tourist attraction in all of Spain, drawing in millions of visitors a year. With its stunning Islamic architecture and unique look into Spain’s complex history, the Alhambra is an incredibly special place and not to be missed. We will have a private tour of here and the Nasrid Palaces. Today is a big mountain stage in La Vueltã and it’s going to be an exciting one! Firstly we will head into the Sierra Nevada mountains, the second highest chain in Europe and  the highest peaks on the Iberian peninsular. these trails date back over a  thousand of years from the time of the Arabs and Visigoths. We will park our coach on the Cat 1 Climb and get ready to see the riders as they pass us on their first climb of 3! Once the peloton and entourage have passed we will head back down to Granada and watch from the comfort of our VIP area!
