I entered the trip with slight trepidation. Would it be too exhausting, would it be too fleeting, would my wife, less fanatical than my son and me, be bored? Day one was so exceptional that any trepidation disappeared and the trip from that point on went from strength to strength. As a family we voted this trip as an all time best vacation. It was more than just seeing the Tour up close and personal. As we traveled we became a community of fans with an exceptional pair of tour guides. Every day was an adventure. We never worried. We laughed out loud, we became a family, and were very sad to see the trip end. Saying au revoir was tearful.Our family will never forget this trip.If considering going to the Tour De France it's the only way to go. Just ask Phil Liggett, Paul Sherwin, Geraint Thomas,Team Data Dimension, Nairo Quintana, Peter Sagan, Froomey etc,, who we met up close and personal. I have the video and the pictures to prove it.We sat on a Team bus on day one! Team Sky hung around in Paris and we got autographs and sang with the fans. A notebook of autographs is treasured by my son.This company does not disappoint. Jacinta and Martin can visit with us anytime. Vive le France! Vive Thomson Tours! We still cant believe it happened.
